Warranty

• Our PartyPad shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for two (2) years from the date of purchase for both commercial and residential use.
• All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery of the claimed defect. Any shipping damages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Approved claims resulting in a replacement must be for the same product. The purchaser will be asked to submit a brief description of the defect along with photos.

Does PartyPad have to be filled with water for use?

• Yes, it must be filled when using umbrella, on ledge or table attached and is advised even when only using to chill drinks or as storage out of water.

Can it be used in the water?

• Yes, you can enjoy the usefulness of PartyPad on your tanning ledge in up to 9" of water.

Can it be used without a floating bar?

• Yes, PartyPad is very useful even without the floating table and tongue attached.

Will it support a larger umbrella?

• We recommend umbrellas up to 7.5' as the installed umbrella collar will only accommodate 1.5" and 2.0" umbrella poles.

How long will the ice stay cold?

• Depending on temperature, direct sun and other variables, items housed in the cold storage area should be checked on regularly.

How do I clean my PartyPad?

• A simple coth or soft bristle brush will work for routine cleaning. For a deeper clean, remove from the pool and use a mild household cleaner and eraser sponge. Remove calcium buildup with a calcium removal product.

Can my PartyPad be used as seating?

• PartyPad is not designed as seating. The weight limit on the lid is no more than 25lbs of food, beverages and poolside items.
